Welcome to Spunweave Atelier. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online platform and the bespoke laundry and garment care services we provide. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the service.
2. Services Provided
Spunweave Atelier specializes in bespoke laundry and garment care. Our services include, but are not limited to, Bespoke Garment Care, Hand Washing & Delicates, Eco-Friendly Dry Cleaning, Stain Removal, Alterations & Repairs, and Premium Ironing & Pressing. Specific details, pricing, and turnaround times for these services will be provided upon inquiry or booking.
3. Order Placement and Cancellation
Orders for our services can be placed through our online platform or by contacting us directly. By placing an order, you agree to pay the fees associated with the chosen services. Cancellation policies are as follows:
- Cancellations or modifications to an order must be made within a specified timeframe, typically 24 hours prior to the scheduled service, to avoid charges.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a service fee.
4. Garment Care and Liability
We pride ourselves on our meticulous craftsmanship. However, while we take the utmost care with all garments, certain risks are inherent in the cleaning process. By submitting items, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Spunweave Atelier is not responsible for damage to garments without care labels or with incorrect labels.
- We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, latent defects, or wear and tear that may be exacerbated by the cleaning process.
- Our liability for lost or damaged articles is limited to fair market value, not exceeding ten (10) times the charge for cleaning that item, up to a maximum of S$500. Claims must be made within 48 hours of garment return.
- We are not responsible for items left in garments (e.g., jewelry, cash, pens). Please check all pockets before submitting items for service.
5. Payment and Pricing
All prices for our services are listed on our site or provided upon consultation. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time without prior notice, though such changes will not affect confirmed orders. Payment is due upon delivery or collection of items, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- We accept various payment methods as indicated on our platform.
- Unpaid invoices may result in delayed return of garments or interest charges on outstanding balances.
6. Pick-up and Delivery
For specific services, pick-up and delivery options may be available. Terms for these services, including schedules and potential charges, will be clearly communicated during the booking process. Garments not collected within 30 days of notification may be subject to storage fees or disposal.
7. Intellectual Property
The content, features, and functionality of our online platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the exclusive property of Spunweave Atelier and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Links to Other Websites
Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Spunweave Atelier. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
